Tomorrow is our Valentines party and the kids are so excited! A huge thank you to Angie Evans for organizing the party. I also want to thank you for your donations of supplies. We had a blast this week doing candy heart graphing, estimation, and more! I appreciate your involvement.

Literacy night is Thursday night! The 1st grade team is planning fun games and activities celebrating reading and writing! At this event there will also be the first ever Art Show. Please have your student turn in any art from art class by Wednesday to be included in the show if they want to.
I am so thrilled to be seeing so much progress in your students! We are getting closer to 2nd grade every day! Ask your child about our big idea in the IB unit we are studying. They are enjoying our new unit.
Enjoy your long weekend! We have been learning a lot about the presidents in honor of Presidents Day.
